Get your training program

Training programs from the Shop are used in the TrainEasy App. Here’s how to get yours.

  1. Find your order email. Your order email from TrainEasy has a link to your program.
  2. Get the app. Install TrainEasy on your phone, if you haven’t already.
  3. Tap the link on your phone. Open the order email on the phone with the app and tap the link. It opens TrainEasy.
  4. Sign in to the app. Sign in or create your app account. The app adds your program and lets you know if anything needs sorting.

Bought a file download? Use the download link in the same order email. Downloads don’t need the app.

Two separate accounts. Your Shop account is for orders, delivery and returns. The TrainEasy App has its own sign-in. Using the same email doesn’t link them.
