1-Year Warranty Policy (Add-On) — Bench Buddy

1) Overview

This 1-Year Warranty (“Warranty”) is an optional add-on available for the Bench Buddy only. If your Bench Buddy becomes damaged during the coverage period and meets the eligibility requirements below, we will provide a replacement in line with this policy.

2) Purchase Window

  • The Warranty must be purchased within 30 days of your original purchase date of the Bench Buddy.

  • Warranty purchases outside this window are not eligible.

3) Coverage Period

  • Coverage lasts 1 year from the original purchase date of the Bench Buddy (not from the warranty add-on purchase date).

  • The Warranty applies only to the specific Bench Buddy unit tied to the original order.

4) What’s Covered

This Warranty covers damage that affects normal use of the product, provided it occurs during normal use and is not excluded below.

5) What’s Not Covered

This Warranty does not cover:

  • Cosmetic wear and tear that doesn’t impact function (e.g., scuffs, minor marks, fading)

  • Damage caused by alterations or modifications

  • Loss, theft, or intentional damage

  • Normal compression, settling, or expected ageing of materials where function is not impaired

6) How to Make a Warranty Claim

To submit a claim, email admin@traineasy.fit with:

  1. Your order number (and the name/email used at checkout)

  2. A short description of what happened and when the damage occurred

  3. Clear photos showing:

    • The damaged area (close-up)

    • The full product (wide shot)

Recommended subject line: “Warranty Claim – Bench Buddy – Order #12345”

7) Assessment & Approval

  • We will review the photos and details provided to determine eligibility.

  • We may request additional information to complete the assessment.

  • Claims that fall under the exclusions above may be declined.

8) Replacement

If your claim is approved:

  • A replacement Bench Buddy will be sent out as soon as possible.

  • Replacement timing depends on stock availability and shipping times.

9) Limits & Other Terms

  • The Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

  • One (1) replacement per Warranty purchase (unless required by applicable consumer law).

  • The Warranty does not reset or extend if a replacement is provided; the original coverage end date still applies.
